CrossVue Announces Appointment of Sara Sutter as Chief People Officer

Chicago, IL, April 9, 2025 —CrossVue, a trusted Workday deployment partner for over 10 years with deep expertise in regulated industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sara Sutter as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). Sara joins the company with more than 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, with a strong track record of leveraging unique company cultures to drive positive outcomes.

In her new role, Sara will lead CrossVue’s people strategy, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. She will be instrumental in driving initiatives to foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture that aligns with the company’s commitment to its people and clients.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Sara to the CrossVue team,” said Bart Thielbar, CEO of CrossVue. “Sara’s experience and leadership philosophy align perfectly with our values and our vision for the future. She has a remarkable track record of creating environments where people thrive, and we’re confident she will help elevate our culture and support our growth strategy.”

Sara joins CrossVue from Utegration LLC, where she served as Chief People Officer. During her tenure, she developed programs and employee-focused initiatives that resulted in 90% employee retention, consistent year-over-year Top Workplaces USA recognition, and industry-leading employee satisfaction scores. Following Utegration’s transition to Cognizant, Sara took on a new role supporting Cognizant’s global Workday practice, gaining valuable experience in the Workday ecosystem.

Before Utegration, Sara held consulting and leadership roles at SAP and PwC, where she worked directly with clients on transformation initiatives. This hands-on consulting experience is the foundation to her people-first approach today – shaping practical, scalable HR strategies that align with the real needs of consultants and delivery teams.

“I am excited to join CrossVue and work alongside such a talented team,” said Sara. “I look forward to helping drive the next phase of the company’s success by creating a culture that supports our people and fosters collaboration, accountability, and innovation.”

Sara’s extensive expertise spanning talent management, employee relations, compensation, learning and development, and performance management on a global scale and her proven ability to create thriving, people-first cultures makes her an ideal fit to lead CrossVue’s people strategy. As the company continues to grow and scale, her leadership will be pivotal in enhancing employee engagement and shaping a culture that drives long-term success.
