CrossVue included in independent services evaluation for Q2 2026

CHICAGO, IL, July 13, 2026 — CrossVue, a boutique consulting firm and Workday partner since 2014 with deep expertise in regulated industries, today announced it was named a Contender in The Forrester Wave™: Workday Services, Q2 2026. CrossVue was one of 14 providers included in the evaluation.

In the evaluation, CrossVue scored among the second highest in the criteria of core implementation services, ongoing support services, Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Workday Financial Management & Spend Management, Workday Adaptive Planning, Analytics & Reporting, PSA, Industry Intelligence, HR Transformation, Change Management, and services for new Workday acquisitions.

Forrester’s report notes that CrossVue is “well suited for midmarket and regulated industry clients seeking Workday-centric implementations, optimization, and strong governance….” The report also noted that “CrossVue’s strategy centers on evolving from an implementation partner to a long-term optimization provider, emphasizing continuous value through AI, data, and innovation.”

To CrossVue, the evaluation reflects its focus on helping clients move beyond implementation into long-term optimization. That work includes application management services, analytics, integrations, governance, and AI-enabled solutions designed to help organizations improve how their platform supports the business over time.

“Going live on Workday is only the beginning,” said Bart Thielbar, CEO of CrossVue. “Clients need a partner who can help them keep improving as business needs change, new capabilities become available, and expectations for data and governance keep rising. That is where we have been investing: optimization, analytics, integrations, and practical AI that helps organizations get more value over time.”

CrossVue serves organizations in complex, highly regulated industries where governance, continuity, and measurable outcomes matter as much as speed. By combining senior-level consulting expertise with connected data, integration, and automation capabilities, the firm helps clients extend value beyond initial Workday deployment and build a stronger foundation for ongoing change.
