As a seasoned IT executive with more than two decades focused solely on US Federal Clients, Yoko understands the challenges that agencies face to do more with less, expand their capabilities, and delve into new and unfamiliar territory – particularly as they cope with changing priorities. As technologies evolve, Federal executives need to be focused on harnessing its power the right way – to further outcomes, not just to build tools and systems. 

With more than 20 years leading delivery and growth teams at Accenture and Groundswell across a variety of missions and agencies, Yoko brings a unique and broad understanding of the interplay between Federal missions, their organizational strategy, business architecture, technology, systems design, application development, operations, and infrastructure.  Over her career, Yoko has led account teams, capability groups, delivery teams, and growth initiatives.  In her role managing client relationships, clients have leaned on Yoko to serve as stewards of their vision – helping translate their business objectives into actionable roadmaps and plans, and entrusting her teams to deliver on their visions.

Yoko is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College with a degree in International Economics, with certificates in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School and Artificial Intelligence at the MIT Sloan School of Management/CSAIL. She is also a proud “Drama Mama” of two children who are passionate about theater, and lives in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. with her husband, her boys, and two dogs.
