Michelle has over 20 years of experience leading by example with a focus on the processes that enables the technology to achieve strategic goals and realize the greatest ROI. She is passionate about the future of work and the impact of technology on the workforce and has leveraged her experience as a consultant, leader and mentor to build inclusive teams focused on diversity of thought to directly disrupt and innovate effectively.
Prior to joining CrossVue, Michelle spent time in both Big4 and startup environments. She received her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and has since dedicated her time to attend executive leadership classes at The University of Phoenix, Northwestern University, Harvard T.H. School of Public Health, and The Wharton School.
