Sara Sutter
Chief People Officer
Sara leads our HR team; she focuses on the company’s people strategy, which includes talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Sara has over 25 years of consulting industry experience, specializing in helping companies leverage their unique cultures to drive positive outcomes. Her expertise spans talent management, employee relations, compensation, learning and development, and performance management on a global scale.
Prior to joining CrossVue, Sara was the Chief People Officer at Utegration, where she developed employee-focused programs that resulted in 90% employee retention, consistent year-over-year Top Workplaces USA recognition, and industry-leading employee satisfaction scores. Following Utegration’s acquisition by Cognizant, Sara transitioned into a new HR role supporting Cognizant’s global Workday practice, gaining valuable experience in the Workday ecosystem.
Earlier in her career, Sara held consulting and leadership roles at SAP and PwC, where she worked directly with clients on transformation initiatives. This hands-on consulting experience is the foundation to her people-first approach today – shaping practical, scalable HR strategies that align with the real needs of consultants and delivery teams.
Sara holds a BS in Mathematics from John Carroll University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. She is also a certified professional with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP).
On a personal note, Sara lives in Ohio with her husband and high school-aged son. She is a dedicated “soccer mom,” enjoys traveling, and is passionate about supporting Cleveland sports teams.
