I am Michelle Balash and I’m the Chief Growth Officer at CrossVue.  So CrossVue is a boutique that specializes in end-to-end services within the Workday platform. Everything from transformation, advisory, deployment services, AI automation, as well as post-production support. We specialize in the regulated industries where we focus on solving complex use cases for our clients and federal healthcare nonprofit, as well as financial services and insurance.

I have to give Workday a lot of credit. They’ve done a tremendous job transforming and really opening up the partner technology ecosystem, which has allowed us to co-innovate and co-sell, which creates curated experience for our clients and actually really builds that trusted advisor partnership.

CrossVue is always focused on solving complex use cases for their regulated industries. And so we work really deeply and cross-functionally, not only with our clients, but also Workday, really understanding what their journey is. We need to meet them exactly where they’re at. Not every client is on the same continuum with Workday in general.

And overall, I would say Big T, little T transformation. So it’s our job to make sure that we’re listening early, we’re understanding, and we’re really curating the right experiences for our clients,

For our healthcare and financial services customers, they’re really interested in compliance, regulatory, and automation. That is their sole focus. Our federal clients, they’re focused on mission first, innovation and services, and just making sure that we get it right the first time because it’s impactful and it’s important.

For our non-profit as well as commercial clients, they’re really focused on the workforce agility and really making sure that we’re optimizing the processes to help support cost controls, as well as risk mitigation. To me, it’s all about creating that intimate experience and it’s getting to know not only the personal journey of our clients, but also the professional journey.

Each client is very different. They all feel like they are very unique, and it’s because they are. And so we need to make sure that we’re creating those bespoke, tailored, and really curated solutions to meet their needs, which is why CrossVue is focused on not just the industries in general, but the challenges, the results, and the solutions within the sub-industries, because that matters

I think when it comes to future forward technology. And Workday. Workday has always been on the cutting edge. They continue to do so. That’s why there’s all clients that are here surrounding the partnerships and really celebrating together. I think they are depending and counting on Workday to continue to march down that path.

And I really see a very strong future as it relates to Workday listening, understanding, and incorporating all client feedback into their technology roadmap. I think what’s most exciting, I’ve been in the technology space now for over 25 years. I’ve seen a lot. And I really like the whole concept of what Workday is, what it brings to the table, and how we can actually define it.

 It’s not a technology tool, it’s a business process optimization tool, and I think the more that we can continue to innovate and make it the client’s personal journey, not the technology that’s driving it, I think that that’s the keys to success, honestly, for both Workday as well as CrossVue and the other partners in the ecosystem.
