In her role at CrossVue, Tracey assumes responsibility for overseeing all facets of the company’s financial, operational, and administrative functions.

Tracey joins CrossVue after a successful career across private and public companies. Most recently, at VikingCloud, Tracey served as the CFO supporting the firm’s corporate buildout after a series of acquisitions. In the Fortune 500 public sector, she held segment CFO roles with JLL and spent 10 years at Aon in various senior finance roles, with a specific focus on mergers, acquisitions and business operations. Her early foundation in investment and commercial banking at LaSalle Bank (ABN Amro) and BNP Paribas, grounded her career in driving strategic decision making across a variety of industries.

As Chief Financial & Operating Officer at CrossVue, Tracey brings a true partner mentality. Collaborating with impact is core to her leadership style. In her role, she will lead the company’s internal functions – building upon CrossVue’s framework to further enable a high performing organization.
