Tracey is the Chief Operating and Financial Officer of CrossVue. She has experience across technology and professional services overseeing functional teams. She specializes in creating a collaborative culture where internal functions become connectors across the organization – weaving internal objectives with external client needs to optimize returns to shareholders and create an engaging colleague experience. 

Tracey’s career spans both private equity backed, public companies, and banking. Most recently at VikingCloud, Tracey served as CFO supporting the firm’s finance team buildout after a series of acquisitions. In the Fortune 500 public sector, she held CFO roles with JLL leading them through multiple transformation external positioning; at Aon she held various senior finance roles focused on M&A and business operations. Her early foundation in investment and commercial banking at LaSalle Bank (ABN Amro) and BNP Paribas grounded her career in driving strategic decision making across a variety of industries. 

Tracey received her Master’s of Business Administration from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management and her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
