In her role at CrossVue, Debra will drive strategies to optimize employee and business success. This includes overseeing all aspects of People & Culture for the company including recruiting, people operations, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness, and a focus on developing and retaining CrossVue’s performance-driven employees.

Debra joins CrossVue after a successful 25+ year career across HR technology and organizational consulting as well as various roles within internal people functions. Debra brings exceptional experience across all facets of human resources and talent including strategy, talent acquisition, engagement, development, and operations on a global scale, having served as an HR and Talent Leader at top consulting firms like Accenture and IBM as well as a CHRO, Sr. HR Business Partner and Recruiter throughout her career.
