Paul is the PATT Delivery Director leading the Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Group at CrossVue.  Paul has more than 18 years of experience implementing enterprise level HRIS systems across a range of industries and markets.  Paul has been instrumental in leading numerous strategic engagements both domestically and internationally and in driving client transformations to support growth and increase efficiency.  Paul has proven skills in designing and implementing solutions, building stakeholder confidence, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and in driving operational value. In addition, Paul has more than 8 years of experience managing implementation and Product Management teams.

Paul began his career at General Electric, moved into consulting with Oracle and spent 10 years at Workday prior to joining CrossVue.  He has a B.A in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Rochester, an MBA from the State Univ. of NY and is an APA Certified Payroll Professional.
