Kenny has extensive experience advising Workday customers on their system implementations and associated transformation of Human Capital Management and Finance processes. A former deployment strategist and implementation consultant, he has played a leading role in dozens of implementations across a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, financial services, and professional services.

In his role supporting nonprofits, he works with customers to help realize the future state vision of their organization through high-impact, manageable technology implementations with an eye on sustainability. In addition to advising on Human Capital Management and Finance functionality within Workday, he helps customers develop strategies for integration of Workday with their IT infrastructure, as well as change management and internal communications.

Kenny actively maintains certifications in Human Capital Management, Core Financials, and Workday’s Launch Methodology. He received his BA from Harvard University.
