Harrison is the HCM Delivery Leader supporting Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent Optimization, Learning, and Benefits at CrossVue. Harrison achieves success for customers by pursuing innovative approaches for implementations while simultaneously leveraging best practices and lessons learned from prior deployments. He makes it a goal of every engagement to ensure that not only is the customer delivered a well configured product, but they are fully confident in owning and maximizing the configuration post implementation.

Prior to joining CrossVue, Harrison was an Associate Director at CrossCountry Consulting and recognized by Workday as a Product Lead for Workday Learning. He has led engagements both domestically and internationally, in a wide array of industries including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and sports management.

Harrison received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and graduated as a member of The Burnett Honors College.
