Erik has over 25 years of management consulting experience with both PeopleSoft and Workday. He has been in the Workday ecosystem for twelve years.
Within the Workday ecosystem, Erik has managed the successful delivery of more than 125 Workday implementation projects. His focus has always been first, understanding a client’s objectives and goals as well as their strengths, and weaknesses. Erik sees his leadership and the CrossVue implementation teams as an extension of knowledge and experience for the client’s team. The vision is, we are not two different teams working together but a partnership as one. Erik and the LE and ME delivery leaders collaborate closely with CrossVue clients to ensure that they achieve ROI with their Workday implementations by providing strategic guidance, process advice and exceptional customer service.
