Chad is a transformation leader with over 30 years of experience leading the strategy, transformation, operations, change, service delivery, and digital experience for customers across a multitude of industries including higher education, aerospace & defense, commercial, government, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and professional services. He serves his clients by challenging the status quo to reimagine, simplify, and envisions the possible while streamlining complexity and empowering his clients to discover better ways of working.

Over the course of his career, he has engaged with over 200 customers as consultant and strategist and led organizations large and small to capitalize on advancements in technology to address people-first problems.

Prior to joining CrossVue, Chad worked at Collaborative solutions where he partnered with his clients on transformation with Workday, applying his previous experience as an industry technology strategist as well as a seasoned IT, innovation, and change leader at the University of Chicago.

Chad received his BA in Mass Communications from Loyola University.
