Brian has over 25 years of experience deploying enterprise applications and industry solutions for commercial and public sector clients; in addition, he has deep technical product expertise with over fourteen years of experience within the Workday ecosystem.
Prior to joining CrossVue, Brian was a Partner at our legacy firm, CrossCountry Consulting, where he helped build and provide leadership to the growth of the Workday Practice. Mr. Hearing most recently lead the Technology Services Operations team within CrossCountry Consulting. Prior to CrossCountry, he was a partner at IBM, where he provided leadership for the Workday North American practice. Previously Brian served as the Senior Vice President of Emerging Markets and the Director of Professional Services at Workday, where he was responsible for overseeing all Workday deployment activities, including the implementation of the first Workday payroll client. With a strong background in HCM Technology, Brian has extensive experience in the manufacturing, healthcare, financial and services industries.
Brian holds a BS in Logistics and Production Management from Bowling Green State University. He also completed work towards an Executive MBA Degree with the Bowling Green State University.
