Bobby brings over 25 years of technology and delivery executive sales experience within a multitude of industries including financial services, healthcare, nonprofit, manufacturing and retail/hospitality. Bobby has spent his last 11 years within the Workday ecosystem beginning as a sales executive with Workday pre-IPO prior to joining a boutique Workday deployment partner named CPSG Partners, which was acquired by Mercer. Prior to his role within CrossCountry Consulting, Bobby spearheaded the creation of an innovative implementation methodology within KPMG that opened prospective opportunities within unchartered markets. Bobby lives for fast paced, entrepreneurial environments in which employees are empowered to think strategically. He has been fortunate to act as a sales leader and pioneer within several pre-IPO high growth tech companies throughout his career including firms such as Datastream Systems and Workday. Bobby is a true believer of talking less, listening more and then prescribing to a solution.

Bobby received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. While at The Citadel, Bobby graduated as the Battalion Athletic Officer and held leadership rank throughout his tenure.
