Andrew is a senior operations manager at CrossVue. He has over 13 years of experience in various operations and management roles, the last 9 years in the Workday ecosystem.  

Andrew is responsible for the capacity planning and people allocation strategies at CrossVue. He has a deep understanding of the Workday delivery methodology and product areas.  He works closely with sales, delivery, and market leadership to understand our clients unique requirements and business objectives to align the best possible consulting team for each engagement. 

Prior to CrossVue, Andrew was the Senior Staffing Manager for CrossCountry Consulting’s Workday Practice.  Prior to CrossCountry Consulting, he was the Senior Resource Manager for the Workday Practices at both IBM and Meteorix.

Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Maine, Orono.
