Traci is the Workday Transformation Delivery Lead for CrossVue. She has spent most of her career helping clients implement and adopt workplace changes, especially those involving disruptive technologies. She brings over a decade of management and technology consulting with deep expertise in business transformation, process optimization, user experience, and stakeholder adoption.

Prior to joining CrossVue, Traci led the Workday Advisory Center of Excellence at CrossCountry Consulting. Since joining the Workday ecosystem in 2014, she has been engaged in delivering both technical and innovative transformation solutions to clients across diverse industries.

Traci received her BA in History from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. She is Prosci certified and has Workday certifications in Human Capital Management, Talent Optimization, and Learning.
