Kip has led dozens of implementations over the last 11 years. 

Kip currently serves as CrossVue’s Director of the Project Management Office (PMO). Kip and his team develop innovative tools and processes that accelerate Workday implementations and drive value-added transformative change while ensuring knowledge transfer to customer SMEs. 

Prior to CrossVue, Kip led the Workday PMO at CrossCountry Consulting for 4 years, was a Director at IBM’s Workday delivery practice, a Workday Client Partner at Meteorix, and was a Workday customer himself where he led a large, global implementation for three years. 

Kip received his BS from the University of Missouri at St Louis. His Workday  certifications include Human Capital Management and Workday Engagement Manager.
