Kim is the Financials Delivery Director at CrossVue. With over 25 years of progressive Accounting, Finance Transformation and Financial Systems leadership, she ensures the success of our customers by ensuring they achieve their key objectives of transformation in the office of the CFO as well as efficiencies in the broader Accounting, Procurement and Finance teams.  Kim’s experience spans multiple industries including financial services, healthcare, non-profit, government, retail and software as a service. Additionally, Kim has experience leading financial change management, global transformation and communication programs. 

Prior to joining CrossVue, Kim was a Director of the Workday Financials Center of Excellence for CrossCountry Consulting, where she helped build the financials practice delivery team and served as an architect on global complex engagements. Kim supports her customers by knowing what it is like to be in “their shoes”, having begun her Workday career as a customer. She has experience in mergers & acquisitions, global tax deployments, Sarbanes Oxley controls and multi-currency impacts to global deployments.   

Kim received her Bachelor of Science Business Administration in Accounting from Thomas University and  post graduate studies in multiple disciplines  including ITIL, SOX compliance, advanced accounting and audit, cyber-security (CISA) and technology across multiple software platforms.
